Anyone looking for a well designed and aesthetic gym shoe is the person who should grab this. Perfect for comfort and performance!
If you are an avid runner, this shoe is not for you! Although short sprints work well, long distance is a no go for this shoe.
The Reebok Nano X4 is the newest iteration of the Nano experience with a few small differences from the previous x3.
This version has a slight change in cushioning and a different flexweave woven textile upper material for more breathability.
Aside from that, its the same Nano we all love with the same lift and run chassis system!
They did go with the floatride energy foam like in many of the new running shoes out there so they do have slightly improved cushioning as well.
There are plenty of cheaper trainers out there that can manage what this shoe brings to the table and at a price point of $140, some people may stray that direction.
I can tell you though after wearing the x3s for over a year now and the x4 being considerably the same shoe that its more durable than those cheaper shoes and to me that makes the price worth it!
These shoes compete against the nike metcon, the no bull trainer and others alike in the crossfit space and for some, the powerlifting space.
The first thing I always notice with a new shoe is the colorway! The Nano x4 comes in 7 different “unisex” colors that will really brighten up your day.
Honestly when I slipped them on I really felt like I put on my old worn in x3s! The comfort and heel hold was identical in my opinion!
I knew this was gonna be a great match with the way I train. First on the list for workouts in a new shoe is always HIIT.
I like to hit fast paced manoeuvres with plenty of jumps and turns. The shoe was great, it reacted well to what i threw at it and did not disappoint!
These shoes are really comfortable. Like the x3 I fell in love very quickly.
Not only did I hammer a workout first thing but I wore them all day long to see if they needed broke in or not.
They do not, these shoes come ready to WORK!
For some they may be a bit small, they do some to run a bit tight so you may wanna half size up but the best thing to do is find them and try them on. Mine fit very well without sizing up but I have read others not so much.
For short distances and sprint, the Nano x4 works great! I wouldnt suggest longer runs because that is just not what these were intended for.
Although they are comfortable for everyday wear and tear, they do not have the support or cushing for long adaptations!
HIIT and crossfit are where these shoes excel.
They are comfortable, durable and made with exercise in mind. Perfect for everyday gym training and even a professional setting.
Absolutely, with a solid base, sturdy sides and tons of grip, you can easily lift in these shoes.
Although these shoes are comfortable and flexible, I wouldnt say they are good for dancing. Dance shoes are built for dance, they are made a peticular way for those movements.
These shoes are not that.
This shoe is built for the conventional gym goer and others alike.
Built to last and ready to take on the gym environment each and everyday.
Plenty of grip for rope climbs and box jumps, to a solid tpu heel to push through those deadlifts and squats!
Literally just casual day to day wearing. These shoes are stylish, comfortable and light enough to withstand cookouts, mall shopping and a day at the family reunion!
Id wear them anywhere.
I really had zero issues with the Nano x4s. Just like the x3s, ill continue to wear these shoes for all activities in and out of the gym.
These are my go to shoes for everything. Reebok made this shoe for a purpose and they deliver very well! Dont shy away from them, you wont be dissapointed!
