Mizuno Wave Inspire Running Shoes Reviews

The Wave Inspire is the go-to stability running shoe for Mizuno. Although quite traditional (12mm drop, around 10oz weight), the trademark wave of the Japanese brand allows this shoe to be both well cushioned and responsive at the same time. It's not the lightest stability shoe out there, but the good stability paired with great proprioception makes this a very well all-rounder shoe.
